Small Animal Services

Both our branches have facilities for consultations, routine surgical procedures and dental treatments.  Our digital radiography, ultrasound scanner and in house laboratory are located at the Monmouth branch and most patients requiring hospitalisation will be treated in Monmouth.

Monmouth:

• In house laboratory including haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis and microscopy
• Digital radiography
• Ultrasound scanner for disease investigation and pregnancy checks
• Orthopaedic equipment allowing fracture repairs, cranial cruciate ligament surgery and luxating patella fixation to be carried out
• ECG machine (electrocardiography) for assessment of some heart conditions
• Doppler blood pressure monitor
• Isolation unit
• Incubator/Oxygen chamber
